John’s Barbequed Chicken with Garlic Smashed Redskin Potatoes
A half a chicken prepared John’s way. Starting with the barbeque sauce that makes our ribs so delicious, John gives it a nip and a tuck and, voila, a sauce that transforms good chicken into scrumptious chicken! And, oh, those garlic smashed redskin potatoes! Served with soup or salad and pita.

Pork & Sauerkraut with Mashed Potatoes
Start with a beautiful Boston butt roast that’s been carefully seasoned and slow-cooked until it’s fall-apart tender, then combine it (as both tradition and good taste demands) with sauerkraut. Add a heaping-helping of mashed potatoes, soup or salad and pita, and it’s time to rock-and-roll!
